Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy describes how SeekOps Inc. collects, uses, and protects your personal information, and what your rights are.

Who we are

We are SeekOps Inc., headquartered at 1205 Sheldon Cove, Building 1, Suite A, Austin, TX 78753, USA. Phone: (512) 852-8100. Email: info@seekops.com. For privacy matters, contact us at the above email with the subject line “Privacy Request.”

Our legal bases for using your personal information

We process personal information only where we have a legal basis to do so:

  • Consent — for analytics cookies (via our cookie banner), for processing contact form inquiries, and for marketing emails. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests — for site security, fraud prevention, and responding to business inquiries.
  • Contract — where you or your company engage us for services, we process contact and business information needed to perform the contract.
  • Legal obligation — where processing or disclosure is required to comply with the law, legal process, or law enforcement requests.

What personal data do we collect?

  • Contact form inquiries: name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. This is submitted only with your agreement, indicated by the consent checkbox on the form, and is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
  • Analytics data: with your consent, we collect usage data (pages visited, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type) through Google Analytics 4. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner. If you decline, only aggregate, cookieless signals are collected, which cannot be used to identify you.
  • Email marketing: if you separately opt in to receive updates from us, we process your email address to send them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and consent

We use a consent management banner (CookieYes) that lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies before any are set. Strictly necessary cookies (such as those recording your cookie preferences) are always active. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics: _ga, _ga_*) are set only after you accept. You can change your preferences at any time via the cookie settings link on our site.

Our website fonts are self-hosted, so no font requests are sent to third-party servers. Embedded videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set tracking cookies unless you play the video.

Why do we collect personal information?

Your personal information is used only for the following purposes: to provide services you engage us to provide; to communicate with you; to respond to your inquiries; to provide customer support; to analyze aggregate site usage so we can improve our website and services; to detect, prevent, and address technical issues; and to protect the rights, property, or safety of ourselves or others, or to prevent fraud or abuse.

What do we do with your information?

We process and store your information in the United States. If you engage us for services delivered with subcontractors in other countries, your information may be transferred to those subcontractors as needed to provide the services. We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to secure your personal information, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

We do not rent or sell personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers that operate parts of our website and business on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations and only for purposes we authorize — including website hosting (WP Engine), analytics (Google Analytics), and email marketing (Mailchimp, only if you have opted in to marketing emails).
  • Legal requirements — we may disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or audit, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ourselves or others.
  • Business transfers — if our company or its assets are acquired, or in the event of bankruptcy or similar proceedings, personal information may be transferred to a successor entity.
  • We may provide anonymized, aggregate data (which cannot identify you) to third parties for analysis.

Advertising

We do not serve third-party advertising on our website, and we do not share your personal information with advertisers.

Your rights over your information

You can ask us: what information we hold about you and how we have used it; to correct inaccurate information; to erase your information; to provide you a copy of it (portability); to restrict or object to processing; and to stop using your information by withdrawing consent. You can exercise these rights free of charge at any time by emailing, writing, or telephoning us using the contact details above. If you receive marketing emails from us, you can also click the unsubscribe link in any email.

For California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared; the right to delete personal information; the right to correct inaccurate information; and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To exercise any right, contact us using the details above; we may verify your identity before responding, and any verification information is used only for that purpose.

For European Economic Area and UK residents

If you are in the EEA or UK, the rights above apply to you under the GDPR / UK GDPR. If you have a concern about our use of your information, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; however, we encourage you to contact us first and we will do our best to resolve your concern.
